I originally signed up for Joplin Cloud using email address A. Last year I started studying, and wanted to renew Joplin using student pricing.
I cancelled my subscription on email address A, because the site said it would charge me the full price the following day.
I then used the URL sent by Joplin to email address B (my student email address). The webpage showed that it charged me at the student price (I can't tell if it actually charged me anything).
As far as I can tell, the problem is that the two email addresses don't match. The URL/promo code they originally gave me does not work anymore.
I have already emailed support about this, but I don't want to waste any more of their time. They asked me to sign up at Joplin Cloud Plans | Joplin, but that website does not give me an education discount. It's also the same website I used originally, and then this problem happened.
I had a similar problem with another service, and they were able to change the plan directly in my account, but it doesn't seem like that is possible with Joplin Cloud.
My tech skills are rudimentary; can anyone help me? Screenshots of profile page and payment page attached.
