Copy as Markdown not possible anymore after update 3.6.x

I was using Joplin 3.5.13 on MacOS and loved the feature that I you could select and copy from the right editor window the Markdown rendered HTML content (using CSS) and paste it e.g. in an email client and preserving the formatting.
After I’ve updated to 3.6.x this feature does not work anymore (CSS is ignored) and I had to switch back to 3.5.x.
It is important to me that I can copy from Joplin the Markdown rendered HTML content using CSS and paste it in another application. Is it planned to provide this feature again in the official version 3.6.x?
