I had a similar problem. But it's with revisions, not attachment. I use DB Browser for SQLite to delete the relevant record in the revisions table in Joplin' database. The database is located under ~/.config/joplin-desktop/database.sqlite
It seems my fix are temporary. The warning comes back when I sync again. I think I will just live with it.
What full error message do you get? Could you provide a screenshot?
