What issue do you have?

It's a bug that still didn't fixed. The Joplin can't properly sync attachments from Nextcloud and returns an "Request path contains unescaped characters" errors. However, nobody attended this issue. The problem originally found on Linux, but it happen as well on macOS too (Last test I done just here).

Details here: Can't sync attachments from Nextcloud with "Request path contains unescaped characters" error · Issue #13254 · laurent22/joplin · GitHub

Most likely there is an issue because of either the Russian characters or the space in the subfolder on your NextCloud, which you called ‘Мои заметки’

Maybe try just calling the subfolder ‘joplin’ and see if that helps?
