What issue do you have?

After install Joplin from playstore, I wanted to synchronize with Dropbox. So I press "Synchronize" for the first time and then I press Open Sync wizard, and then I can see Joplin Cloud and Other.
After pressing "Other" I should see all other providers like Dropbox, nextcoud s3 and more, but instead I am redirected in the previous menu with Open sync Wizard and Encrypion config

POCO X5 PRO 5G

Tried in two different mobile android app.
Tried with Joplin Apk

You need to press the (None) option next to the ‘Synchronisation target’ line, in order to open a dropdown of sync targets

I have the same issue. The solution suggested above does not work because after selecting Dropbox from the drop down menu, nothing happens. Then tapping Open Sync Wizard and then Other does not show any further configuration options, and instead takes you back to the screen shown in the screenshot.

The workaround I found was to set the Syncronisation target to Dropbox, then go back to the home page and then press Synchronise. I was then prompted to auth my Dropbox account.

Hello. I am facing the same issue with Joplin 3.5.9 on Android 12 (actually /e/ OS 3.4). Tom’s workaround solution seems to be working (thanks a lot, Tom !), but not completely :

I set the Synchronization target to Dropbox, saved, went back to the home page, pressed Synchronize and I was indeed prompted to auth the Dropbox account, just like Tom said.

However during the auth process, when I entered in Joplin the auth key that Dropbox provided, I had an error :

Impossible to authorize the software :

{“error”: “invalid_grant”, “error_description”: “code has expired (within the last hour")”]

Please retry.

If I refresh the Dropbox auth web page, I get the same auth code so, how do I get to complete the auth process ?

Solution found !

Instead to refresh the Dropbox web page, I had to type the URL given by Joplin completely again. I got another auth code to enter in Joplin (faster than the previous time) and it worked !

Keep up the good work, lads.
