Can't cancel auto charge on my account

What issue do you have?

I want to cancel my auto renewal on my account but when i login i can't even go to the manage subscriptions menu because my account is disabled.

Your account is disabled for the following reason(s):

Failed payment (Warning) on 3 Sep 26 13:00:00 (UTC)
Failed payment (Final) on 7 Sep 26 13:00:01 (UTC)
Subscription cancelled on 20 Sep 26 19:30:12 (UTC)

I want to stop this automatic renewal and removing my payment details as I have no plans to renew the subsription anytime soon. Please help.

The invoice is due and since you didn't pay your account got cancelled. Stripe won't try again
