What issue do you have?

When I add notebooks there's a blank page appearing. Initially, I installed the app image and I manually deleted .joplin folder and installed it again through flatpack. The same issue here. I used
$ flatpak remove net.cozic.joplin_desktop
$ rm ~/.var/app/net.cozic.joplin_desktop -rf
$ flatpak install net.cozic.joplin_desktop
$ flatpak run net.cozic.joplin_desktop

but unfortunately it doesn't work and I get "net.cozic.joplin_desktop/x86_64/stable not installed" even though it's installed.

It looks like the note list is hidden. To show it again, click on "View", then "Toggle note list":

Edit: If that doesn't help, there a few other things that can be tried.
