Biometric lock should lock the app on sleep or when the app is minimised

Just tested the new implementation of the biometric lock in Joplin mobile 3.4.1. While the new mechanism seems to work well and allows entering your pin as a backup, it only seems to lock the app after killing the app via the task list.

If I turn off my phone screen, when I wake up the phone the app remains unlocked. I think the app ought to lock automatically by some means after the screen has been turned of at least.

I'm not sure whether or not that is possible via a React Native app, but according to Google AI there should be a way to make Joplin lock when the app is put in the background, which probably would lock it when the phone is put the sleep and be beneficial to lock it when you switch to other apps as well

The way it's implemented as always relied on the fact that the operating system is going to kill the app after some time if it's not used. So adding a mechanism to do that in the app seems unnecessary. But it's true that if you just lock the phone and open it several hours later, the app will most likely still be open.
