What issue do you have?

I migrated from Evernote to Joplin about 6 months ago. Most of my notes and notebooks came across successfully. I am syncing across devices using OneDrive and everything is working pretty good with one exception. I have 100 or so notes imported from Evernote which include audio attachments, mostly m4a format, created on my iPhone. In my iPhone Joplin client, the attachment is shown as an audio file, and is playable (screenshot 1). However, in Windows client (screenshot 2) there is what appears to be a filename, and a resource ID, but it is not playable in Joplin. The resource ID corresponds to the name of the file in Joplin's .resource directory. I found if I copy this file somewhere, and add the "m4a" extension to it, it is playable. Is there a way to make these playable directly in the Joplin app on Windows?

Showing the rendered Markdown view might help. To do this, click the "toggle editor layout" button:

Alternatively, switching to the Rich Text editor should show the audio file as a link that can be opened with ctrl+click. Clicking the "Toggle editor layout" button (image) switches between the Rich Text and Markdown editors.

Henry,
Thank you! That was the piece I was missing. I can just toggle the editor, and I can play the attached audio files using Ctrl+click. This is great :raised_hands:
