Add settings to synchronized files

I notice Joplin doesn’t synchronize the application settings. It would be useful if my settings where persististed between reinstallations and/or differnt machines. This is especially important as I believe the settings are inside the sqlite db which means we have no means of backing them up, like we are use to doing with dot files.
