What issue do you have?
Hi, I'm not sure if this is the right place, but here goes:
I have a Joplin Cloud subscription.
For a few weeks, all my (VISA) automatic payments have been rejected.
I'm not sure why, my VISA card is still the same, it's still valid and working, nothing has changed on my side.
It was working for years.
But after several rejected payments, my Joplin Cloud account is now disabled.
I've tried adding a SEPA / debit card method, hoping it would solve the issue.
The payment status on Joplin Cloud has been stuck on 'Processing' for a long time, with the following text:
"SEPA payment processing — this can take up to 5 business days"
On my side, I can see the money was debited from my bank account.
My account is still disabled.
Please help, I really need my account back.
