What issue do you have?

WebDAV prompts that the configuration is successful, Checking synchronization configuration successed. but the following problem keeps occurring "The sync target needs to be upgraded before Joplin can sync. The operation may take a few minutes to complete and the app needs to be restarted. To proceed please click on the link. Restart and upgrade". I click on the link, and it appears again. And Syncing isn't successful either.

You should check that the user on the webdav server has full permissions, as not having all the required permissions can result in this problem.

I think it needs to have all of these permissions as minimum: download, upload, overwrite, rename, delete, create_dir
