Very Difficult to Notebooks Out

I have great difficulty to move one sub-notebook out of a notebook. Is there a special trick to do it swiftly?

For example, I accidently moved VPS notebook inside “Bricolage” notebook. I'd like to repair the damage I've done, but it's very difficult.
