They responded quickly and provided me with a zip of all my files - decrypted.

Did they also manage to resolve the issue that caused it to be encrypted in the first place?
They did not automatically say what caused it. Just provided a zip file. After I got it all working again, I asked. Hopefully I will get an answer.
