Type ahead with count

It would be great if type-ahead comes with number of matches found while typing, This will help to narrow down the search even before hitting the search every time. Example

Assume planning to type job near usa

Ex:
while typing job - it displays - Job (10,000)
while continuing - it displays - Job Near (6,000)
while continuing - it dispalys - Job Near usa (500)

I may type - Job Near France(5,000)

So that i would change the text even before hittig everytime for the search
