Sync Status shows Error

I just clicked Tools -> Sync Status. Got the following error. Now I am not sure whether my Notes are synced properly at the backend or not. I am NOT ABLE TO EXIT Joplin after this error. I used Windows Task Manager to kill the process and relaunch it

No solution just linking posts to indicate that this is not necessarily a "one-off" problem (triage). Of course the same error could be caused for different reasons.

Yes I've never managed to replicate this "Blocked a frame" crash and it's not clear from the various bug reports what's causing it.
