What issue do you have?

Does Joplincan sync notes and files across devices using Syncthing's peer-to-peer synchronization capabilities via just link. I don't have syncthing credentials but have a shared link by someone which is a public shared link accessible by anyone.

How to sync via synching shared folder link ?

Open Joplin and go to the synchronization settings.
Set the synchronization target to "File system" and specify the path to the folder shared by Syncthing.
Is credentials or password for Syncthing is required ? mandatory ?

Are your sure it's Syncthing that you're talking about? Syncthing only allows file synchronisation between devices which have it installed. It has no public sharing functionality.
