What issue do you have?

No confirmation and cloud account access.
Started Joplin cloud subscription yesterday, entered payment info, got Link email verification and completed it. Link page shows active subscription in trial phase but no confirmation from Joplin cloud or login info. Cannot find anywhere to get support on the main Joplin website, so trying here. Tried login using "forgot my password" but appears system still doesn't recognize email address.
No support link available on cloud or main websites that can be used without login working!!
