I’m Syedah Nawal Munif currently pursuing by Computer Information and Systems Engineering BE Degree from NED University of Engineering and Technology, Karachi, Pakistan.
Fortunately, last semester I had developed a software engineering project “Smart Todo List” using java on windows universal platform and SQLite. I have studied the todo list created by Joplin in detail and also the new ideas proposed by the organization for GSoC 2020. I want to propose a new feature idea for Joplin which I have also added in my project. It was speech recognition feature. Input was given manually through keyboard as well as through speech. This project is also available on my Git profile.
I am highly passionate to work with Joplin this summer. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Where iz this Speech 2 Txt / Dictation Feature Request Currently? How Doable / Hard would it be if it were an Optional Offline ( ie. Local ) eXtension Plugin Add-on Module?
Please eXcuse my Naivety about Software Development.
I Really like Joplin because it's X Platform & I can Syncronize my 2Do Lists & Notes ( I'm also a Former EverNote user ), But I Really want 2 Distance myself from gOOgle... They Already know 222 Much about Us, Therefore such a Feature ought 2 be / happen Locally Offline
Of course Secondarily a Txt 2 Speech Optional Module.
