I'm sorry for a slight hijack of the topic but if you don't mind, I would also suggest adding the scrollbar colour issue to the list. As reported in https://discourse.joplinapp.org/t/no-slider-at-tagg-and-notebook-sidebar-on-windws/35323, the one in the Notebooks panel is barely visible. In fact, I cannot see it at all when using a cheap TN monitor.
