Shortcut to toggle note type

Is it possible to assign a keyboard shortcut to trigger the action Switch between note and to-do type found on the context menu for notes in the Note List?

It seems this command is not available from the Command Palette.

It would be great to be able to activate this for the current note without needing to focus the Note List and right-click on the note's context menu, but maybe it's not technically feasible?
