Scoping search within Tagged documents?

I haven’t quite figured out the existing behavior - how is the search field scoped, or is it always global?

I want to search for a specific string within documents with a tag group, but it seems like I can’t search after selecting a tag - the search seems to revert to global.

It also seems like including tag: in the search query doesn’t work.

Is there a way to scope my search, or is this not yet implemented?

Do I need to file a bug/task for this, or is this thread sufficient? Is this on the roadmap at all?

There are many issues and posts on that topic. Laurent knows that we all expect a nice Search engine. So i think it’s not necessary.

hi, it is a very interesting idea. It is useful the search in a particular scope that is determined by a tag.
