What issue do you have?

recent new user with Joplin running on 2 desktop iMacs, Macbook, iPad, and iPhone. I recently created a new second level notebook, moved notes from another notebook into the new notebook. All but 1 device sync'd (OneDrive w/ encryption) correctly except for the MacBook where there was no new notebook but the moved notes were removed from the original second level notebook. I could only find the missing noyes via search where they appeared notebook-less.

My fix was to quit Joplin on the MacBook, delete the ~/.config/joplin/ folder, restart & setup Joplin again, and now all is fine.

Is this a reasonable solution or was it a bit drastic? Or is there a better or more proper fix? Thanks for any replies.

A quicker way may be to go into Tools | Options | Synchronization | click Advanced | click the button to delete local data and re-download from sync:

NOTE: I would suggest taking a backup first just in case (Tools | Create backup)
