What issue do you have?

Hello, I cancelled my Joplin Cloud account before renewal to try out a new product (Obsidian) but I've decided to stick with Obsidian.

When I went to pay my account bill, I'm unable to get to the manage subscription page. I believe it hasn't been 90-days since cancellation so my data should still be there. Is it possible to reinstate my account?
