Not syncing after change to Nextcloud

Hi,

I recently changed from Dropbox to Nextcloud for my cloud base. All my clients are also encrypted. The transition appeared to work, no actual errors. Lots of new encryption passwords required. Unfortunately, the sync does not seem to work, some notebooks (mostly the default example notebooks) sync but not the ones I created.

I get no actual errors and the result seems to suggest that syncing is not happening.

What should I do to fix the problem?

Partial fix.

One instance of Joplin was not encrypting even though it was not requesting passwords. I clicked “Disable Encryption” and the enabled it. Passwords were then requested.

So far so good.
