What issue do you have?
My tablet had to be reset so I installed joplin again however, I imported files instead of just syncing. This created several copies of my folders. Thankfully on my laptop file numbers are next to the folders so deleted the copies that were lower numbered. It did not resolve all of them. I went to onedrive and noticed lots of deleted files, got worried and restored them all and thing I moved a jolin file to the wrong place which has caused sync issues.
To resolve this:
made a copy/back up of my laptops folders which are all correct. I have imported that file into both my android phone and android tablet and all folders and files are good but there is no sync.
What I want to do:
delete the files in onedrive and start again so the all sync perfectly as they did before.
From the screen shot you may be thinking what's all those duplicates, not sure but just kept them and sync was fine.
