Right now i am trying to fix this issue
For it have read many topics on forum but i am still stuck it will be great if anyone can help me.

What I understand ?
There are many plugins and we need to categorise them as mentioned in issue.

What problem I am facing ?
I am not getting how the app-desktop is getting the list of plugins?
Where is the code for that file?

This is a rather complicated topic. If you can't even find the code that reads the plugin info, please don't try to fix this issue.
I don't want to be mean or anything, but you basically ask us how to fix this issue. If we have to tell you that, we can also fix it ourselves.
