Mobile Sync on Lock / App Switch?

Would it be possible to make it so that Joplin automatically saves the current inputted text when locking the screen or even when navigating to another app, or maybe just right before iOS/Android “offloads”/closes the app?

I’ve lost some text I’ve typed in Joplin mobile because my device ran out of memory, and I think that forcing the note to “close” would avert this. Forcing sync before the app closes or in the background would also be an amazing feature, but I understand if it’s not possible.

I agree - switching between apps can be a real pain on iOS and iPadOS. Before switching you could of course press the sync button, but waiting for completion is a test of patience. As much as I like Joplin - this behaviour is a "no go" in a note-taking app.
