Make joplin cash cookies to access webdav resources with athentification

Is it possible to make some changes to web-part of markdown render engine?
I mean links like so:

If a resource is anonymized, a joplin desktop application can access it and render the file on the fly in view mode. For security reasons, it is undesirable to publish private photos online, so separate storage can be a useful feature. Or, for example, for large files, which makes synchronization difficult and is not practical for permanent storage. But behind the authentication channel, the resource becomes inaccessible for Joplin to view.
