What issue do you have?

I recently started using Joplin on an M1 Mac (Joplin 3.4.12/macOS 26.2) and an iPhone (Joplin Mobile 13.4.4/iOS 26.2), and I synchronise via Nextcloud.

The app is great, it works very well and is very smooth!

On the Mac, Joplin files appear at the root of the cloud. Is it possible to create and select a synchronisation directory?

If you’re using a WebDAV connection to connect to NextCloud, you can specify a path on the server as the ending of the url, which you specify in the Joplin configuration. Haven’t tried using the Nextcloud direct connection on Joplin, but possibly you can change the target directory in a similar way
