Links to PDFs and images unclickable in Android

What issue do you have?

This is the 2nd Android where I have installed Joplin. The first one worked fine. This one, which is on a newer Android version, (14), doesn't work. The links to PDFs and images show up, but have an icon next to them that looks like an hourglass. The links are unclickable. Nothing happens when they are clicked. In edit mode, the links do have those long id numbers.

So, four hours later, images and PDF's show up. Maybe they hadn't finished downloading, or decrypting?
