What issue do you have?
I am syncing to a local folder that's NextCloud sync'd to 3 other machines which happen to be Linux machines:

A couple of weeks ago, all of the sudden I found that although the files are sync'd successfully between the computers (I've looked at them with a text editor), the changes never show up on another computer until I make a local change, try to sync, cause a NextCloud sync failure, then pick to keep the one that I wanted in the first place.
It "feels" like sometime recently, Joplin stopped checking for updates in files after it writes them out? That is, it assumes that no changes ever occur without the local copy initiating it. Is that possible?
