What issue do you have?

Just tried to log into my Joplin account and discovered it was closed. I suspect the credit card of record did not work and I need to update my credit card info. How can I regain access to my account (and content)? I have (or had) an educational account which I would like to reactivate. My account ID is denton_brosius@nymc.edu. Please email me info on how to update my card info so I can reinstate my account.
