Hello. Mainly a viewer. I need to access my notes online. About edition (create, edit, delete) of notes... not for now. And I expect implementing tag edition, because I use them to find easily my notes (so if I cannot find one note fats enough, I want to be able to edit its tags).

will you be releasing this for general use anytime soon?

I've done. If you visit the github page you'll find some instructions to install your own server. On the readme, quick instructions for starting in a django project (if you're used to). Or you also have a full step-by-step guide to setup a full web server for joplin vieweb (with nginx).
