Joplin locked up. I think this was the first time in many years. I closed it. did a file exit. Re-opened and ok now. I think it might have to do with the outline panel as I had it open by accident. In any case, as I said, its not happened before or since and I use Joplin all the time.
However, the error message asked me to post the debug info to the forum or github. Here it is.
