Hi everyone,
my name is Victor and I’m a computer science university student based in Italy. I’m writing to introduce myself as a potential contributor for Google Summer of Code 2026 with Joplin.
I have a strong background in mathematics and cryptography from an algorithmic and theoretical point of view, and I’ve been developing web projects since high school. I’m particularly interested in project proposal #8 from Joplin’s ideas list, but I’m open to collaborate on other ideas.
At the moment, I’m familiarizing myself as much as possible with the codebase and actively working on resolving existing GitHub issues, both to learn the project internals and to demonstrate my willingness to contribute consistently.
I’m really excited about Joplin and looking forward to collaborating with the community.
