What issue do you have?

I am in the process of transferring my information from MS OneNote to Joplin. I use OneNote tags extensively. These are not the same as tags in Joplin and are imported into Joplin as .svg images in the folder - C:\Users<user..config\joplin-desktop\resources. Some of these images are similar to the OneNote tags but the majority are just the symbol "?".
I have developed a method of changing these icons into something more useful, however there some issues with this.
Firstly, I have to do these one by one, which is very labour intensive.
Secondly, I seem to have to keep the original name of the .svg files, which are not at all descriptive.
Does anyone know of a way, perhaps with an plugin, that will help perform this function automatically, or at least in batch mode?

Additional Note 1:

Since posting the above, I updated Joplin to Version 3.6.11 and the scenario has changed.

In V 3.5.13, as I mentioned, the OneNote tags are imported as .svg images. I use this method to find a particular .svg image:

In the Joplin note, right click on the "symbol" and select - Copy path to clipboard.

Paste that into MS Notepad.

Copy the filename, e.g 8779060c01644949a863f17afa212ae9.

This can now be searched for in the Joplin note.

e.g.

JoplinSearched

I then edit the .svg file to match my OneNote tag or I substitute the filename for one that I have already edited.

On a side note, I notice that the filenames of the .svg files are always 32 characters (something to do with hexadecimal?), I have tried changing these filenames to significant names but the files are not then recognised, even if I keep to 32 characters. If anyone can explain why this is I would appreciate it.

Now, on to the difference in V 3.6.11.

In this version the OneNote tags are converted to some sort of symbol.

e.g.

The markdown text shows these as:

I am non sure what these symbols/emojis are or how they can be changed. If I copy and paste on into MS word, it displays the font as "Segoe UI Emoji" but typing in that font is a basic text.

If anyone can throw any light on this, I would be most appreciative.

Thanks
