How to find items Joplin Cloud synch says can't be found:

I have just signed up to Joplin Cloud Pro and the Export debug report says that there are 15 Items that cannot be synchronised

These items will remain on the device but will not be uploaded to the sync target. In order to find these items, either search for the title or the ID (which is displayed in brackets above).

I am unable to find any of the items.

Here is one example:

Copy and pasting ESET problem (with quotes or without) or 412808eaafc148b0bb71bf16647a1ea0 into the search field returns No notes in here.

Any help appreciated

ESET appears to be an anti-virus solution, is that correct? If so it looks like they are blocking this particular file (probably a false positive), so you might need to exclude it from antivirus scanning.

That is correct, but it’s a red herring. I chose that entry out of the 15 because it was the shortest. It could just as easy have been e.g ds-Esprimo-Q910 or arduino-uno-schematic

Then exclude the whole resource folder?

I am sorry I don’t understand how excluding the resource folder will help in finding the notes to delete that Joplin synch says has references to files that don’t exist

In that case it's a resource so you'll find it under Tools => Attachments. From there you can delete it. If you can't find it in any note when you search then maybe it's no longer associated with a note.

How do you search in Tools>Note Attachments?
Edit: cancel that. I see they are in numerical order

I found 7 resources in the Tools>Note attachments list I was able to delete.

This leaves 8 items which are notes which can't be found by search and have resources which aren't in the attachment list.

What do you suggest?

Are these still ESET errors? If so, you should check with ESET and report the false positive, or you'll keep having this problem. I don't have any other suggestion to deal with this I'm afraid.

No, not ESET errors. The text ESET is just in the title of a note

I seem to have 8 orphaned notes which I can't delete with the UI.
