What issue do you have?

The changelog for version 3.4.10 says that Joplin should now have a "highlight active line" setting. But I don't see it in my settings. I didn't see it when I was using v 3.4.10 and don't see it now that I'm using 3.4.12. I think I must be overlooking it. Can anyone help me find it?
