Feature request: Cursor Index

Hello everyone,

Can we add a default command that returns the current index of the cursor after making any changes to the note?
A lot of time during development the current cursor position is required, having an inbuilt command reduces the effort to find the cursor index manually.

I think you can add such command via plugin. Won't work for WYSWIG though.

Also, not sure if it's just me but your video isn't showing.

Can I upload it as a youtube video if it's not showing to everybody?
