Feature Request : Add Table of Contents Element in Markdown Editor and Preview

It would be nice to have a table of contents block. Markdown already supports to generate TOC with the help of hierachy out of the box when [[TOC]] is inserted inside the editor

Not sure, but there might exist a plugin, that helps here. Outline plugin perhaps?

Thanks for the suggestion. I think It would be nice to have this as a feature built into the editor.
