Hi,
Does the "One or more master keys need a password" banner show up on all devices? If not,
- Do any of the Joplin apps have the "beta encryption" option enabled? If so, it's possible that the older Joplin clients (v3.0.13) can't decrypt the master keys. See Receiving sync errors between my iPhone & BrailleSense notetaker - #2 by personalizedrefriger for more details.
- If the device without the warning banner is a desktop version of Joplin, it may be possible to get the master password from Joplin (then compare it with the version in the password manager). To do this:
- Go to settings > encryption.
- Click "Manage master password".
- Click "Change master password".
- Show, then inspect the "Current password".
- Click "Cancel".
