Does renaming Meeting Minutes.cab file to Meeting Minutes.onepkg help?

Context: The OneNote importer currently only supports a few different file types:

  • .one files
  • .onepkg files
  • .zip files containing .one files (e.g. as produced by OneNote online).
    • Joplin will fail to import .zip files that don't contain .one files.

A .onepkg file is a Windows Cabinet file with a different extension. As such, it may help to either:

  • Change the .cab extension to .onepkg
  • Extract the .one files (if any) from the CAB archive and import them into Joplin individually.
