"Windows Loader.exe" appears to be a virus so it might have been deleted by your antivirus.

The rest of your notes might have been imported ok though, so maybe you can ignore the error. When you compare the notes in Joplin to those in Evernote are there any missing?

An alternative would be to disable your antivirus while you import the notes, and then find and delete this .exe file. You can find it in Tools => Attachments

thank you for the prompt response. that sounds very logical but because of the size of the files I really don't want to reload them. it appears I only lost one or two items and I'm not going to worry about it.
