Error: Got metadata for path but could not fetch content

Hi all,

Joplin 1.7.11 on Linux Mint 19.1
Joplin 10.7.2 on iPad IOS 12.4.8
Joplin 10.7.2 on iPhone SE IOS 14

Sync using Nextcloud.

I got this error 1st on iPhone:
Last error: Error: Got metadata for path but could not fetch content: 21f771b8689c488dbb00d2686ef19514.md

Deleted the app with its data, installed again, setup sync, working again.

Couple days later got same on iPad, not sure if exact same file name though.
Deleted the app with its data, installed again, setup sync, working again.

Then I got the error on the desktop app on Mint.
Was not keen on having to export all the notes, remove the app, install again, restore notes etc. so I deleted the file from Nextcloud.
Did a sync, saw one of my notes being put under Conflicts.
Moved it back to where it was, did another sync.

Hoping there is a better way to resolve this error, or better yet a way to avoid it from occurring.

Any advice will be appreciated.
