Empty Icon in a Taskbar

Currently, using Joplin 2.12.19 (prod, win32)
My OS is Windows 11 Home 64-bit
I am a non-tech user, so I am not sure how to produce a log. Please offer some instructions if log is absolutely necessary.

Here is my problem. The Joplin icon in a Taskbar is empty. It looks like a white sheet of paper with folded right corner, instead of usual Joplin icon.

What I tried: I deleted IconCache and restarted PC. Also, I tried to change the icon by right-clicking on the Joplin short-cut -> Properties -> Change Icon -> Apply. Both methods only work until I restart my PC.

Appreciate any advice.
