Embed remote images

I had a plugin request here but it was closed due to inactivity:

Plugin/feature request: insert image into note if pasted link contains an image

Would it be possible to create a plugin or a inbuilt feature to directly fetch the image behind a link and insert it below the pasted link in the note? This is a common feature in discord or slack. E.g if you paste this link into the note (example): https://www.tradingview.com/x/mM5paJom/ I would love that Joplin now directly inserts the image behind this link below the pasted link. Thus I would have the link and the image in my note. Is this doable? BTW is it possible to disable the "you …

Can anybody make a plugin to fetch the image behind the link and paste it below the link in the note?
Or give me a hint how to make one on my own?
I am pasting multiple such links daily into my notes and it would save me much time.
