Customize editor toolbar on Desktop?

Hello,
On my Joplin iOS i have discovered that i can customize the toolbar for the editor : for example i like to have H2 to H5 available as button.
On my Mac desktop tool, I don't see where I could change the toolbar ... Is it possible to add or remove buttons ? if not it would be a nice addition
