Copy/Cut current line when no selection

Continuing the discussion from Text Editor - Copy/Cut current line when no selection:

I just stumbled upon code which is handling copy and cut commands in codemirror.

Should I open a PR enabling this feature in our codemirror editor ?
unfortunately so far I was unable to find any command using which I can copy/cut the line or select it using tinymce.
