Can't cancel account frustrations

What issue do you have?

I want to cancel my subscription, but I can't get in to do this. I keep getting failed payment notices, because there's no way for me to cancel. I've tried numerous times and gave up. Now I had to create this new account just to post here to ask my question, because I'm locked out of the original account I want to cancel.

I tried emailing per advice on your help menu, but I get stuck in a feedback loop, because you don't allow customer support to cancel via email.

Failed payment (Warning) on 7 Feb 25 13:00:00 (UTC)
Please check the help section for further information or contact support.

How can I contact support, when you also say that support cannot cancel accounts.

Very frustrating trying to do something simple.

You need a better systems for customer support that is very clear, and don't send me to a feedback look.

Now what do I to just delete and cancel everything once and for all to be done with it? I have two accounts now, one I want to cancel, and one here just to communicate.

Please advise. I will need to contact my bank to block your charge, but I know that causes problems. PLEASE simplify your cancel process.

They mentioned they are locked out of their original account, so sounds like they need an alternate means to cancel

As far as I know the text they copied and pasted above can only be displayed after login to Joplin Cloud. If they have forgotten their password, the link to recover it is there: Joplin Cloud - Reset password
